Description of the Rental Process (For Lenders)

Once the information is confirmed, the item will be published on the Telegram channel @mychicchain.
As soon as your item is requested for rental, a Manager will contact you to arrange a courier.
Before handing over the item to the Courier, it must be washed/cleaned.
After the rental period is over, the Courier will contact you to return the item.
he rental fee will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

After the rental is confirmed, a Manager will contact you to arrange the delivery time, address, and payment.
Your order will be delivered on the specified day.
On the last day of the rental period, a Manager will contact you to confirm the time and address for the Courier to pick up the item.
*Currently, we deliver items only in Limassol, but we are working to expand delivery to any city in Cyprus.
** Please do not clean your rental.
The Lender is responsible for cleaning their item before and after the rental period. A dry cleaning fee is included in the rental fee, so everything is taken care of for you!

Once your item is selected for purchase, a Manager will contact you to confirm the order and arrange a courier.
Before shipping the item, it must be checked for compliance with the description and properly packaged.
The Courier will pick up the item and deliver it to the Buyer.
The sale proceeds will be credited to your specified account within three business days after delivery confirmation.
